Romanian Judiciary: Fighting the Software that Fights Corruption

In Romania, a long chain of setbacks shows the judiciary has little interest in working with software designed to prevent manipulation in the distribution of cases among the judges. Reporter Adrian Adrian Mogoş tells the story, which started in 2008 and seems far from reaching a happy ending, despite clear evidence that manipulation happens in Romanian courts.
