Michael Moses

Managing Director, Programs & Learning

Michael joined Global Integrity in October 2013. He leads on the implementation of Global Integrity’s strategy, including all of our programmatic work. He also leads on monitoring, evaluation, and learning in the organization. Before coming to Global Integrity, Michael lived rural Bulgaria, where he worked with local NGOs and municipal authorities on small business development. He has managed fieldwork investigating electoral strategies in Ireland, undertaken human rights advocacy work in India, and helped connect cultural entrepreneurs in rural Mexico. Michael has also worked in South Africa, Kenya, and the Philippines. He holds a master’s degree in International Development from Georgetown University, where his studies concentrated specifically on monitoring, evaluation and learning, as well as governance. He has bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy from the University of Notre Dame.
